supposed to be the service including washing the car too, because the didn’t do that
Everything was done in a good manner, mostly everyone had a good attitude. Only issue was it took about 30 minutes longer than the estimated time I was told. I was told 1 hour and 20 minutes and it took about 2 hours. Other than that. Everything was good.

The price I was quoted and authorized for the repair of my back door lift was $1880. When I went to pick up my car the price was $2200. Rosalinda wasn’t there as she had left for the day and the salesperson who helped me didn’t know the situation. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of the original quote and sent it to my husband, otherwise I would have had no way to prove it. The original text with the quote had changed to $2200! The sales person couldn’t change the price without info from Rosalinda. She ultimately gave me 10% off before taxes for the parts. The price was still higher than originally quoted but not as high as $2200. I’ve been bringing this car here for years (and have a new one we plan to bring in) and I’ve never had such a discrepancy in the final price versus the quoted/authorized price. I’d love an explanation as to what happened.
