The service writer seems like he hates his job. A smile goes a long way. When my car was done he handed me the keys and was like “your car is either on the other side of the wall or by the flagpole”. So I go in search of my car where the service write told me it would be and he was wrong. I couldn’t find my car and he didn’t help me find it. After a few moments I finally was able to locate my car and it was in neither locations he told me. It was at the roundabout. I know he didn’t park the car there but communication between the porter or technician would be nice. Luckily I’m not disabled and was able to walk the lot to locate my car.

I think the service options at the time of delivering the vehicle could have been better explained. I think I should have been contacted to approve all charges prior to work commencing. Denise Lopez was very helpful and made things right. Without her customer support I think I would have been very dissatisfied.
