Waited 30 min in my car to be checked in. The service technician was unfriendly, distracted and did not even check me out when I received a text my car was ready. Another technician saw me waiting around and offered to help finally. Poor slow service today!

I was told the wait would be 2.5-3 hours… it took 5 hours and they didn’t do everything they said they would (alignment). If I had known it was going to take 5 hours I would not have waited in the lobby, but found a ride home. My annoyance in the matter is why was there an opening for service if they had too many cars to service. I would have come another day and not wasted my day off.
