Simona T was very rude and not honest on why they were up charging me from 46.39$ listed on my booked appointment for a 5 K mile service to 180$. Simona T initially said the website is wrong and it was because of the included tire rotation then the manager walked over and explained it was because of the oil change. I asked for what was listed on my booked appointment to be done only. Simona T either misspoke or lied about what the additional cost would be and wasn’t helpful in explaining why I booked for one cost and they were charging a different price in person, she left and said “I need to go on my lunch”. Manager(Lary G)came over and mentioned they would do the tire rotation as it was apart of what I booked online but knowing my back tires were older and different from my front tires it does not appear they rotated them despite what they said..
I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lies from the service department.
