Norm Reeves Toyota of San Diego Auto Repair Service

My appointment was at 10am. At 1015, a staff person told me Richard would be ready in 5 minutes. At 1030, my husband had to ask a staff person to get Richard. I watched people behind me be serviced and leave. Richard was inside. It took less than 5 minutes to check me in. Then when I went in to pick the car up, only 2 people were working and there was another long wait to check out. Very disappointed.

Everything was great!! The only thing I didn’t like was some guy a Russian guy was really harassed the associate she was doing everything she could possibly do to get his car back!!!! She was great and handled it well!!!

Only thing is it took too long. Was waiting in waiting room for over 4 hours from 11:50 till 4 :30. Even with appt. Not happy about that

I set an appointment at 10:00 am, there is always a line, but usually it goes by fast, I had to be done by 10:30 so I can drop my car and leave for other errands that I had to do. But the line was really slow, by 10:30 I was almost in the front on the line, but the cars behind me got picked up first I asked why this was happening and apparently they where premium and the agent was a different one, by I got no explanation and why the agent for my car and the other 2 in front of me was or how much was it going to take at 10:40 , I asked if I had to be there for my car to be atended, the persone who was really nice said yes i told him i could not wait anymore cause i had things to do and places to be, I told him if I could not just leave my car i needed all the car to get moved so I can leave, he said i just needed to check if my info was okay after Reviewing that everything was okay he told me it was okay for me to leave, I was late to my appointment that another story, but why iit had to take so long just to get the car picked up, why other cars were picked up first, and why where not told what was the issue and why we had to wait for so long. I hope this get fix because is a really convenient location for me but if i going to be waiting for an hour just to get the car to be picked up I would rather drive father away. Hope this actually gets review.

EVERY person I encountered today, reminded me of why I keep coming back to this dealership (Furious, Sufy, John). I had to have spent the longest wait time there today than I ever have (not the fault of service, but of having not made an appt & the work that got done), but every step of the way, the staff was pleasant & smiling, which kept my spirits & patience up. You also provide very comfortable spaces to wait & plenty of it!

Above amazing deserves a promotion went above and beyond to assure I was happy with my new tires and give me the right advice on top of waiting for me since I was running behind everything was amazing with her service

The service was fine. However I had a lot of trouble getting back in touch to get a ride back to pick up my car with the shuttle service. I do appreciate Norm Reeves offering this shuttle service though.
