I waited 4 1/2 hours for a simple typically 1 hour check up. The explanation at the end of my visit I was told that you were severely understaffed. I would’ve appreciated if you told me that in the beginning and I could’ve rescheduled I had to break an appointment because I was stuck there and finally there was no coffee

I went for a recall repair. Was told it would take 1.5-2 hours. Then 3 hours later, I was told it would not pass inspection and would be ready tomorrow at noon. I waited another 45 minutes for a rental car and was given a huge Dodge Durango truck. I went to try to get a smaller car at a different Enterprise but non were in stock. Unfortunately,I was unable to do my job with truck that requires parking often in this huge truck. Unsatisfied thank you.
