The service mt Far provide to me is great I trust him I don’t have any negative comentario and believe me if I did I would not wait I will complain in persone, of course I wish your prices warent that high specially with regular customers but I think it have nothing to do with him . The "automated phone" systems to check on the status of my car were a nightmare to use, hung up on me when trying yo leave a message, misunderstood me, and I never actually received a reply to any of my text messages that were prompted by the system. My oil change took 23 hours, with just one update call right before closing to let me know my car wasn't ready and needed to be kept overnight.
