Robert was committed to finding a solution for a challenging audio system issue in my car. He was diligent, supportive, & understanding. Although the issue eventually took a few months to resolve, Robert was helpful every step of the way. I believe Toyota is fortunate to have him as part of the service department team.

I tried going to Chula Vista Toyota because it is closer to my house. I had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes just to talk to a rude service advisor. When I commented on the long wait, there was no effort to try to make up for it so I left without getting my car serviced. All this to say that customer service really matters. I will drive my car the extra distance to get it serviced at Norm Reeves.

Was treated badly, was patronized and dismissive. So I went looking for a new dealer and there you were, Karina was also the woman who helped me on my first 5,000 mile servicing.
