Karina was exceptional. I came in for a periodic maintenance service for my newer Rav4 Hybrid after acquiring it in February of 2023. She had all the info o my car and, most importantly, all t he premium service and warranty documentation. She must have had my car service before the several other cars stacked up for servicing, because my car was done in less than 30 minutes. Exceptiona service and very much appreciated.
