Twice I was asked who my representative was and I had no idea since I was never introduced to anyone or given an estimate of services to be performed. when I went to pick up my car only the manager was there to help along with one other man who had a customer and I had to wait to pay, as it looked like everyone else maybe was out to lunch? it was late afternoon though

Rosalina was very nice and professional, my problem is that when someone needs time off there should be someone to back up and communicate with the customer. I didn’t know that she was taking time off so when I asked for an update I got no response.
It seems like a system issue and should be easy to resolve.
My other concern was that I was quoted a price about $240 but when I picked up my RAV4 the price increased to about $440.

I got a message that my car was ready. Came immediately. I wasn’t sure where to go so the guys in front directed me inside.I went to one of the guys I saw at the desk to which they told me I needed to go to my original service provider. I told them I didn’t remember her name and they told me it would be in the text message I had gotten. I should him my messages and how none of the messages mentioned any name. They looked up my number and told me the name and where her desk was, which was empty. I proceeded to wait another 15min just standing there waiting for her to return. I’m not sure if she was on break or what but I don’t know why somebody else couldn’t have assisted me.

I would not recommend Luis. He was non communicative the entire time. I had to go to the shop for an update only to find out that the roof clips was covered under warranty due to a faulty part and water leak but the TPS system was not covered under warranty without an explanation as to why it failed when it’s obvious that it was due to water damage. I would only recommend it for simple oil change and not major service as they do not call or text back.
