Invoice price of 1 gal toyota coolant=$29, but 20' away in your Parts Dept I can buy the same gallon for$20. Im 70, with failing vision and hearing- however, i can still smell **** fr/a half mile away.
Your invoiced parts price are in the latter subject category.
Regarding Joshua: when I explained yothe parts pricing discrepancy i smelled, he apologized on your behalf. He's a good hand, but i told him an apology is not his due, rather his employers' bad manners.

Issues not resolved. Today same issue with Apple CarPlay and software in general. On a 15 min ride home I tried to make call it told we twice to connect my phone third attempt it called, 5-6 times radio stop had to enter source. I’ve had a car with Apple play for 6 years plus I’ve had rental cars and never ever has this occurred.

I appreciate that because my day wasn’t going so well, I happened to near by because I was at a mortuary planning my sister’s cremation and the check light had been on… then it went off when I got to the service center, but I still needed my regular maintenance.
