I was upset because I needed to speak to any service advisor before any work was to be approved or completed on my car. It was impossible to speak to anyone. It took hours and I finally had to drive to Toyota in order to find out about work that was done to my car. Everything was text or voice message and not coordinated. It all worked out after I arrived. The system needs to change.

I was told the oil change I got would take and hour which was fine. I waited over an hour and had to flag down my service rep who was very busy and they weren’t aware that the mechanics had finished services on my car. I could’ve left sooner if there wasn’t an issue in communication with the service team.

I came in with a pre-owned f150 i bought recently. for a tpms sensor that went out and you offered to cover it. which is fantastic and appreciated. the first appointment scheduled was for a saturday. Apparently your pre-owned service team doesn't even work on saturday?! Next appointment i was forced to cancel due to weather. The next one was made for 7AM. SEVEN. No one is there to look at it until 8?! 8 am rolls around. Then 9. then 930. I ask whats going on. "Oh they're looking at it now". so thats 2.5 hours after i arrived. I'm then told itll take until NOON for two tpms sensors. A 15 to 30 minute job. I get a call around 1230 finally. And now the shuttle driver is out to lunch. He did not end up calling me until i finally got an uber myself. This was at 13:20.
Overall, this was one of the single worst service experiences I've ever had. Truly disappointed. And I'll never be doing business with Norm Reeves again.
