Quick checkin, efficient service. However, I asked that my tire be inflated to 33 lbs but they were overinflated to 36-37 lbs. When I picked up the car it ride like a stagecoach. Went to Discount tires after and got the proper pressure.

Very disappointed with today’s experience. A simple standard oil change service involved a wait of more than 4 hours. I have brought my Tacoma to you for service since I’ve owned it, and this type of service takes an hour, to 90 minutes max. This wait time was not well communicated. When I spoke to the service advisor approx 3 1/2 hours after check in, your team had only just started to drain the oil. Furthermore, i was disappointed with the ‘up-sell’ approach where your service advisor was pushing to include an alignment in the service. I asked if there was uneven wear on my tires, and he agreed there was not ……. So the approach changed from ‘Toyota recommends’ to ‘precautionary’. This does not build confidence with me. Actually the contrary. And finally, I now see that I was charged for tire rebalancing rather than the usual rotation. I did not ask for this, there was no vibration that would be indicative of an imbalance. So all in all, a very disappointing experience and unfortunately I’ve lost trust in your team and will look elsewhere for future service work. Sorry, I’m not usually a ‘complainer’ but for me this was bad. Your service advisor gave a small discount on the invoice, but it really doesn’t offset my disappointment. Thanks….. Simon

Rosalina left me a voicemail that left the impression that my car was ready for pick-up. When arriving to pick up my car, Richard was the only attendant available to assist. He did not greet me in the slightest and only ended up assisting me after asking if he could help. He told me that my car was not ready at that time and “wasn’t sure who told me it was.” He instructed me to wait in the lounge area so he could check in with the service team. He neglected to provide updates, even as I checked in with him after waiting for 30 minutes. He was rude and uncommunicative, leaving me to wait for over an hour when my car was in fact ready. He left without telling me that my car was ready, which furthered my wait-time in the service lounge. I however, walked over to Samona and she was absolutely lovely. 10/10 service from her. She mentioned that my keys had been at the station for a while. Richard quite frankly should not be in this position, or working at Toyota altogether.

Denise Lopez was a lifesaver. The service advisor who took in my car was rude, didn’t introduce himself, didn’t explain anything to me, and was perfectly fine with brushing me off after I’d waited 45 minutes for a shuttle (which I reserved and rescheduled the appointment to make sure I could get.)
Denise immediately took me on and assisted me. She was extremely professional and seemed to actually care about my experience and how she presented herself. Norm reeves is lucky to have her and hopefully the poor behavior of her colleague doesn’t push her away.
