Robert has been an excellent advisor for me. He understands the need of the customer. I explained to him that I have an engagement later in the afternoon so i need be out by 2:00pm. He tried to give me update ahead of time but the diagnostic machine was tied due to other customers ahead of me. I patiently waited then finally the results came and they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car… no error code came out! The best thing that ever happened was not only that they didn’t find anything wrong with the electrical in my car but he did not charged me for the diagnostic check and i was done by noon! That’s amazing! That was my best Christmas gift ever! Robert is an amazing advisor . He works hard and most of all he has compassion with customers. Everytime I get a maintenance I only want him to service my car. Thank you Robert!

I asked to be called at home as usual after the inspection. I received 2 alarming texts before I could reach the service advisor later in the day. He explained that the texts referenced work recommended in the future, not today. The service advisor was very nice and informative but the mechanic failed to take note of my request for a call.
