To be honest- this is the second time I have come for a routine check and been repeatedly unsold on items that truly were not needed and then still given something I didn’t ask for. This time I was able to change the order before I was charged but it’s pretty upsetting.

worst experience i did drop off my vehicle in morning 8:30 for re-call rear camera and for the alarm and Ricardo is the one who assist me i told him about the alarm to get check because its not working anymore after we bought the car and he stated that everything will be done in mid day so i expected that will be done in 12noon i called 5 times and i can’t reach ricardo the service agent said they going to call me back, but it never happened and i ended up calling off at work that day because i have work at 5pm but they never call me what’s going on, until 5:30pm they texted me instead of calling me that my vehicle is ready to pick up i assume that everything is done but went to check the alarm its still not working and ricardo wasn’t there, And i called today 12/29/22 to speak to one of the manager and supervisor the girl from service department said they’re going to call me about the incident happened but same thing i never get a call back from them i hope you guys aware on your staffing to not commit that they can’t do it from the customers.
