You all were adding services that were not needed on my car. It already had new rear brakes, and already a new reusable filter AFE Power Pro Dry S. Christine Ortega and Mike Vasquez would not have had this thrown into the inspection. I used to be a mechanic and had ASE A1, A6 and A7 certs. My outside mechanic used to be an Engineer at American Honda and states for me coming back because of a dealer replaced steering rack assembly was leaking and not tightened down on three areas and leaking in three places that it would be a liability and legality issue if an accident had occurred to have a formal claim with American Honda. Please do not the quality slip or fall behind as this repair shop was doing good for many years. We have photos and proof of the previous workmanship and records to dispute. The overall inspection was half correct. Due to supply chain issues and delays from inclement weather bushings I have already on back order are set to arrive.

Robert was very helpful overall. I was able to get my car fixed from an emissions leak problem within a day. Robert was able to get a loaner and all fixed for just $50 by submitting everything under a warranty claim.

This review is more about the amount of idle time that is spent for someone picking up their car that has been serviced. I spent 17 minutes waiting to speak to Oscar in order to check out, however, there were PLENTY of associates that were standing idle or talking amongst each other that could have helped. WHY? If someone is available - then they should be able to help the client. Lets change your current policy and make pick up as smooth as drop off.
