I feel that the pricing for my recent service on my car was way too expensive for just a normal maintenance that was done to the car. With Mr. Salas I do not have any issues with him. It is just the price I paid for my car maintenance.

Was never updated what’s going on w/ my car,talk to the manager/Michael w/ no help also,said will get a call in 30 min or so,not call either,was there fr 8am to 12 noon,left the place,had to find a ride home,by 3pm Oscar texted me that car was ready

Robert Bautista was amazing from start to finish! I couldn’t have had a better service experience at this location today! I had an appointment for an oil change and Robert greeted me right away. Not only was he professional, polite, and friendly, he was very efficient and walked me through the process very clearly. I had also brought my dog with me to go on a long walk with while waiting and had been hesitant since some people don’t like pets at all. However, he was so awesome and told me my dog is absolutely welcome inside as well! I was very thankful for his attitude because it had been raining, and wet dogs are not always the best mix! : ) Then, he quickly checked me in and told me what to expect. And when I asked him a multitude of questions, he was very patient and thorough with his answers. Not only that, everything went very smoothly and my vehicle was ready even sooner than he had estimated! He followed up and called/texted as promised which was also surprising. I’ve had previous experiences where they had only done either/or. Upon reviewing the paperwork, he also told me some preventative measures and other services recommended for my vehicle. I asked him more questions and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He never tried to rush me or scare me into doing something I needed done. Rather, he explained the reasons and wrote down prices of certain services I had asked about so I can consider them in the future. How amazing is that?? His demeanor and positive attitude made me feel like I could fully trust my vehicle getting serviced here! And finally, he wanted to make sure I had the best service today. I was genuinely very impressed with everything. I’m extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided by Robert today, and I will definitely ask for him as my service advisor in the future, as well as recommend him to my family, friends, and neighbors as well. I’m extremely grateful for excellent employees like Robert and I look forward to my next visit here! Thank you Norm Reeves Honda and keep it up!!

I visit Honda of downtown yesterday and it was a nightmare. The lady couldn’t find my information. I told her that my hat had tire warranty and she said it was going to take about 3 hours to be seen because the people who do service were on break. After an hour of being there she said they didn’t have the tire and I had to leave the car for 3 days. She said my rim was messed up and I had to purchase a new one. I asked to speak to a different representative and I asked that person, how much to put the spare he said nothing. I told him to put the spare made an appointment to norms Honda in Cerritos and they finished within an hour. Never again will I step foot in downtown Honda
