Ricardo was great - I explained everything that I would like to have done, and he brought to my attention that it was time for an annual check up, so of course I approved and everything checked out OK. I’ll be back in months to come for further check ups - but it was a great feeling driving home to know that my car was in great condition thanks to Ricardo and the Honda Service team!

Twice I came for the same electrical issues and still they are guessing for what went wrong.
I requested for what time it will be done, takes 2 hrs for reply.
Requested for Supervisor to at least help the customer to know the ETA of the car NO REPLY at ALL.
I’m from big company and the reason we have the supervisors is to respond to customer service. I believe your company failed on that matter.
