Hi….
Apologies for giving “no” answer.
Main issues.
1. We arrived at 10:25 for 10:40 appointment. Thought being early would result in quicker processing for service team. Processing was completed around 10:45 AM. We needed oil change. It was “Free” as we purchased in May 2022. Had we arrived on time, we would have waited 15 minutes also because of long line.
2. Service team member estimated 90 minutes. Showed up at 12:20 PM, but car was not serviced yet. Service said they were backed up. Our car was next up they said: Actual wait 10 minutes. Our service team member needed to go to lunch. It took me awhile to figure out I needed assistance from another team member. Our invoice was time stamped 1:25 PM.
3. When service was completed and car was driven up, we noticed about 10 grease spots on hood and front bumper. I guess this because shop team was so overwhelmed, they forgot to spot check for grease before car was released. The car was spotless upon arrival. So we requested a team member to remove grease spots.
4. Had enjoyable talks with several service team members. They answered my questions on full synthetic oil and costs of other services.
