I have had Thanh service me a few times and can honestly say I am always left with a feeling of trust and genuine honesty. Both of the qualities coming from him are important to customers like myself who have limited knowledge about cars. He always takes his time to explain all the details where even I can understand. I always get great service at Norm Reeves. My only recommendation would be that the rep call about the technician's findings. I would have had the work done while the car was there being serviced. Now I have to make another appt. Rrrr

Long time waiting even there’s no line. Literally that morning we are only 2 cars on that service area. But I waited more than 20 minutes in my car to be assisted by someone. I had an appointment at 11:20 but someone approached me at 11:42. The worst thing is there was a car just arrived at my back, then just one minute someone assisted that car, while me I was there for more than 20 minutes but the car in my back got catered first. So, I talked to someone that that’s not fair!! And then after the service I was just there in the area to wait, my car was already in front, so I approached someone in the service area if I can get the car because it’s already done and no one is calling me or messaging me. The guy told me they will just do the paper works. For another 35 minutes I waited but still the papers are not printed!! OMG! That’s why I approached different person to release my car!!
