Every time I go to Honda service center I'm always being told that parts needs to changed and I'm spending Thousands of dollars. There are times lately that I had to decline some unnecessary advice because It's really so Expensive. I've been a loyal customer ever since to Norm Reeves Honda.
Last Monday is my recent service just for a regular maintenance of change oil, tire rotation and check up for 2 door lock mechanisms at the back seat of the driver seat which is not even repaired. Just for that service I spent almost $300 . I'm supposed to be charged additional almost a thousand just to proceed to the 2 door lock repair.
It's so expensive so I had to decline it again. Right now I had to find a shop where I could have it repaired for an affordable price. So honestly I'm not satisfied with the service.

Additional Comment: The young men in the center of service drive need to pay attention to customers. I had to walk around my car the long way because alk on their phones. One Employee had to honk to get them to move so he could bring customers car back out to the front. I know there was technically nothing for them to do at that time, but be attentive to what’s happening around them.
Otherwise, very satisfied with Trevors service.

Javier was the worst service representative I’ve ever worked with. He had zero knowledge on how to assist me and no sense of urgency at all throughout the entire process and he thought everything was funny. I had to call the insurance company several time on his behalf to get what was needed and necessary to get my repairs completed. Javier completely lacks customer service, comprehension and communication skills, he needs more training with customer service, communication and product knowledge. He should also be shadowed by a manager so that this doesn’t happen again. Furthermore, I had to come out of pocket to pay for the rental and my car still isn’t fixed properly.

I always appreciate Robert being courteous, welcoming and informative. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for everyone else. Several times I said “thank you” to the person that helped me Check out but not once did he acknowledge me. The young man that brought out my car was gracious enough to say, “you’re welcome”. It’s nice to know that my business is appreciated by a simple acknowledgement. I will continue to ask to be helped by Robert.
