I was very happy and pleased with Ruben Marquez help during my first visit to Honda with my Pilot . He was very nice and to the point and was quick to answer any of my questions and to verify them. He was quick to let me know my vehicle was done and to let me know what was done to it. I will definitely will coming back and asking for him when I do my first oil change .

I had a 12:20 appointment. I got there about 12:25. Once the rep took my information and gave me a number, it was almost 15 minutes before the service rep came out to talk to me. He told me it’d be about 3 hours to service my vehicle. It was almost 3 hours. I had not planned on spending so much of my day there for this maintenance service.
