I dropped off my car overnight for a 7:10 AM appointment for A12 maintenance. Anthony called early morning 4/18 acknowledging my appointment and informing me the car will go into service right away and informed of the estimated completion time within 1-hour. My car was ready when I returned for my car as scheduled. He also offered and gave me a quote for a set of new tires. Service was very efficient.
One minor hiccup, but seems to be a problem with the car’s computer, is that the Oil change display appeared to not have been reset. However, I tried re-setting it myself multiple times al home and the system does not reset. I experienced the same situation at the prior service, and it took 48-32 Hrs before the computer responded to the command. Not wanting to make a big deal about it, I hope the system is again just slow to respond.
