Completely unacceptable. Left me waiting for my car all day when i had an appointment at 7:20. Calls me around 2:30 pm to tell me that they found a known issue and that the car would be ready in about an hour or so. Waited for a call that never came. I called honda at 6 only for them to tell me the service department was closed and everyone went home. I would have understood if the car wasn't ready and they needed to keep the car over night, but no courtesy call was made and i needed my car to be able to work the next day. Its also ironic that at 8 AM my car was ready for pick up when im sure that the car was ready yesterday and not today. It i ridiculous how bad this situation came to be all because of the lack of communication. Not just from Manny but from Honda as well.
