Trevor was very kind and helpful in updating me about the status of my car when it was being serviced and when I picked it up, he made sure to show me what was wrong with my car through a video on his computer screen which helped me to understand the issue with my car and what they did to fix it.

There’s currently an issue with our car. We just drove it after bringing it home from maintenance. There was a noise that wasn’t there before. My husband checked for where the noise is coming from and noticed there’s a bungee cord on the right side of the right wheel. Not sure what maintenance was serviced for this bungee cord to be left there. I have kids in my car and I’m not sure if this is safe to drive. Will be bringing it back tomorrow.
