my appointment was at 8 am i got early and I waith 6 hours just for a recall appointment and my air bag sign I dint get the service I need the
time was a lot I dint espect that much very stressful never got I call saying my service was done until I went to ask at 12pm and they said one more hour and then my car was ready at 2 pm but i have to go back cuz they don't have the part they need for the air bag sign horrible service I have to go back cuz they order me the part that was out of stock .

Super quick and easy. I called trying to make an appointment with Honda service center and they gave me the same day booking. I took in the car for its first service I was told it was going to take 1-2 hours. I was just going to stay but I found out from Ruben there is a Cerritos mall shuttle bus he helped me out with that. I was out within an hour and a half. Thank you

She never gave me an update on my car. It had been almost 3 hours and nothing was mentioned to me. Others usually send me a text to keep in touch with them and ask for user ions or updates. This lady didn’t. I have not had a good experience with her. I was reluctant to have her provide service because she is not very informative about the work getting done to car. She told me o had to pay 99$ for each diagnostic I wanted to get done. I have never been asked to pay. In my case it meant about $400. It was ridiculous. I wanted to have some work done but with her lack helpfulness I left and took my car somewhere else. It’s not the first I leave dissatisfied with her.
