Hands down to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos Service Department for taking care of me today. I knocked out a camera and sensor from the front yesterday after parking too close and backing out of a concrete parking stop. All sorts of lights came up on my dashboard and made me panic. Called my service advisor, Michael Vasquez, who assigned my car to another advisor, Thanh Sabatier, since it was his day off. Thanh was very helpful and awesome from the start. He kept Michael informed of everything that was going on. Seven hours later I got my car and was explained what happened, what was done, and what to expect in case the radar was damaged since there was no telling from plain sight. I have to monitor the situation and hope the lights don't come back on. I've been a customer since 1995 and have bought three cars from this dealership. Always feel confident that even though I'm paying more for work done on my car, I can count on reliability and all the work is backed up. Never have I had a bad experience and thank Norm Reeves Honda for keeping my vehicles in top condition.

Brian was very helpful. I am disappointed in the cost to repair my air conditioner. The car has just over 10,000 miles on it so I would expect the air conditioning hose to last longer than that. I would appreciate it if some compensation was offered to offset the labor cost. I bought my car at Norm Reeves Honda & have had my last 5 Honda’s serviced exclusively there in Cerritos.
