My advisor doesn’t have a good customer service at all. He was calling me from afar instead of coming over to my car to drive forward. Which I have no idea why was he waving his hand in the first place from afar. Considering there was a couple of cars in front of me. Overall no good customer service at all. Then I wanted to inquire for side mirror replacement price and he was in a rushed when he told me the price. I mean as I said ZERO customer service. Then I was promised it’s only gonna take 1 1/2 hr only but I didn’t get a text until 1:47pm. I dropped off my car at around 11am. Then this is the only service center that DO NOT have free car wash due to COVID. I think this service center should bring it back since mask banned was lifted already. I believe this should be back soon.

I was initially over charged approximately $1500. I was being charged for work that was already completed. Error was caught by my husband and Honda adjusted my quote. I was told my car was ready. The services done were not explained to me. My car was not in the parking lot and I had to ask for it to be brought out. After car was retrieved I continued to receive text messages that my car is still waiting to be serviced. Very disappointed in this experience on all levels.
