We waited 4 four 4!!! hours for our tune up.
Tooooooo long! If the alignment equipment is used on EVERY tune up you should get more equipment.
I have NEVER waited more than 2 hours in the past BUT 4 hours? You should fire the person who was working on our tune up. I fear our car was forgotten until Michael ask about it at hour 3.
Michael our Service Manager was very nice and apologetic but it’s still going to take me a long time to get over this.

Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful I give him an excellent plus rating . I would like to have him as my regular service advisor. I believe the work was accomplished well and within the time frame I was given. So far everything seems to be working right with the electronics but I'll have to do some more checking on that.
