all good but - came At 7:10 am for 7:30 am appointment. they had 3 lanes. they were taking random rather than based on priority. my lane did not move for 10+ minutes and others lanes were moving. I asked one of the worker who was putting numbers. he mentioned that some how things are not in order. end of waiting for way much longer than anticipated. you need to respect everyone time - thanks

Brake pads were not installed properly causing a return visit to correct a very audible noise issue. This tells me a road test was not initially conducted to make sure repairs were properly made before delivery of the vehicle to me.

When I have an appointment I asked for Anthony why because my cars are coming with problems, that Anthony takes care of it and resolves it and works with the best mechanics trained and certified by the company. I really appreciate you hiring Anthony he is very valuable to your company. I know that I can take my car and I can trust him with it. it is very difficult for me to take the car to your company. As you know, we also do have jobs to go to and provide to our family. Please consider an opening more appointments on Sunday.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience when I had to pick up my car because someone used the parking brake I had never used it so I thought that someone could help me and I went to the service department and approached Mr. Miguel Cabrera and when I expressed my The first vocal was very rude in his treatment and he let me know that he did not have time, I got angry and thanked him because it is not the treatment that a client expects from a dealer like Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos. I was very annoyed by the treatment I received and I went to the Dealer to talk to the service supervisor and file the complaint, talk to a worker so that he could interpret me, talk to the supervisor on duty and he promised that he was going to take action on the matter. My experience with Mr. Miguel Cabrera leaves much to be desired and gives a bad reputation to the Dealer. I will think about returning to service my vehicle. I await a call from the supervisor or supervisor.
