Everything was going okay until pickup. I had extensive repairs done. At 4:30 pm my representative sent me a text saying my car was finished and to come to pickup. I texted back at 4"33 pm saying I would be there in 5 minutes. 3 minutes after that he called and said they need to finish up and would need another hour or so and that he would call me back when done. He never called back. I needed the car so I showed up at 5:20 pm. He had already went home. So I found his manager (Christina). She was not aware that I did not pick up my car--as it had been finished a few hours earlier and thought I had picked it up. She immediately stopped what she was doing and traced back all the steps. She had to go retrieve the paper work and then check with the mechanic. The car had been sitting in the parking lot ready hours earlier. Then when Christina took it upon her to retrieve the car for me she noticed the VSA light was lit on the dashboard. She asked me about it. I told her my representative said that a complete inspection would be done on the car.Obviously it wasn't. It was not a good experience. I am so glad that Christina helped make things better.

Came in for an oil change, change brake fuel and to do a recall. It took a total of 3 hours to get my vehicle back. Waited inside while we get the car back and later decided to go for a walk outside in the parking lot and notice my car was their parked already done. Never got a call from the guy. Also notice my keys was their at his desk and he was not their. Waited for almost 10 minutes when I asked another guy that worked their if he can help me checkout. Luckily he was able to help me but I don't know what happen with the first guy I was working with.

I went to get a recall they supposedly did a multi point inspection which included checking tire pressure, one of my tires was low on air as the tpms light was on, when I got my car back the light was still in they couldn’t even put air in the tire, I ended up going to the local jiffy lube where they gladly helped me, I will NOT be coming to Cerritos Honda for services anymore
