Julie was rude and condescending and her overall demeanor was lacking. I dropped my car off at 9:30 a.m and NEVER received a phone call to yodate me. I called at 3:15 p.m. for status and left a message for her. No call. I called back at 3:50 p.m. and left another message for her. No call. Mo update. I called back at 4:15 p.m. to find out she had left for the day. Still no update. I called back at 4:45 p.m. and FINALLY was able to speak to someone telling me they would need to keep the car. The problem is I had to get a rental car for the day a d because of her negligence, was forces to keep it for the weekend, costing me more. This is the worst service I've had from Honda to date.

Every time I take my care in and Bryan takes care of me, I always leave feeling reassured that my car is getting too quality service! Bryan always takes the time to explain the services that are due and not just state “your car needs this” (like I’ve experienced in the past with other service providers). Bryan always recommends the work needed and is always sure to provide detail as to why it is critical to get the work done. Further, he always checks the car to seee if there is anything else besides the routine maintenance that needs to get done or if I’m experiencing any issues. Thank you for the A-1 service Bryan!
