I took my car to get a window replaced and an alignment. The wheel is off-center a little bit when driving straight. Also, they replace the window on the passenger rear sliding door and they left a piece of trim loose. also, I had a piece of weatherstripping from the drivers rear sliding door that I was going to install and I think your technician accidentally threw it away.

My experience with Honda was totally refreshing and excellent example of what customer service should be. The best customer service I have seen in a long time, from my customers service young lady on the to seeing my salesperson David G (whom I purchased with , to the intake who received my car on 3/30, to Steve that got my vehicle on its way for repair, back to the intake person who didn’t laugh when I couldn’t see my cat(lol). Beautiful quick experience all on my lunch beak.
