I had a horrible experience with the advisor; first she quoted me $100 more then there was no communication at all as far what’s wrong with the vehicle if the vehicle is ready or not; after the promised time passed I finally call the service and of course the advisor was unavailable so the lady said I can leave a voicemail however I didn’t want to leave a voicemail and I insisted to find out for me if my car is ready or not, after two minutes she said the car is ready. Fortunately when I came to pick up my car Miss Julie was busy with other customer who was questioning her some charges that he shouldn’t have but of course that’s not my business. Gentleman advisor helped me to get my vehicle and explained everything.
