just saying sorry when they screw up is kind of worrisome to me. They don't seem to care about customer. Can't trust that they tell me the truth. Had to go back twice because work wasn't done right. Guy even said I can go to another Honda dealer to get service. Why is he sending me to another dealer? Very unprofessional!

Very fast service in March 23. Everyone was friendly/helpful and professional.
However, I didn't like that the text message about the some of the "red flag" items said "service completed." It sounded like they had provided unauthorized services that I would need to pay for. They didn't, of course, but it wasn't pleasant to get such a scary message.
