i took my car in for 2 noises. i paid $233 for a tire to be replaced because of sidewall damage which was replaced but i had also asked for the axels to be looked at. i got my car back and it is still making a popping noise whenever i turn.

I have no complaints against Miguel Cabrera. What I am super upset about is that after my car was serviced a service worker left BOTH drivers and front passengers window all the way down in the middle of a rainstorm. My seats were completely soaked and I sat in a puddle of water. As I went inside to let Miguel know of the situation he asked a worker to wipe it down and dry it. The service worker proceeded to poorly wipe down the drivers side as I am watching him and completely ignoring the rest of the wet vehicle. That same worker then confesses that he seen another worker roll the windows down but didn’t bother to tell him to roll the windows up or roll them up himself. I understand if it was a hot summer day and I had a bucket with no AC they can then roll the windows down. But In the middle of a storm where it was pouring rain the previous night and all morning they decide to roll both my windows down. All I got was a half **** wipe down of my car and not even a sincere apology.
