I called the day before to get a price of a windshield replacement. Nate of the phone said with moldings, windshield, and installation it would be $900. I come in today and told it's $1600 and then get asked to wait a few minutes and then get told it's $2200! I can afford and don't need to do a payment plan but the audacity to lure me in with $900 and keep going up is so **** ridiculous. I can't believe this is the same place where I purchased my vehicle.

First quote i got for repair was double that of the second quote. Which only came after I picked up my car. $5000 then revised to $2500. I was in need of inspection documents and repair suggested in a time sensitive situation but received little to no sense of eargency from Representative. Greasy hand prints found on hood really bothered me. If I have to ever return there I would not want Miguel as my honda service rep. Hopefully I won't.
