The tire light turned on about 5 minutes after I left. I expressed earlier how this happens each time I have my tires serviced at Honda. I was given an explanation why then told it would be taken care of so it wouldn’t happen again (calibrated). However, the result was still the same as it always is whenever I get my tires serviced there. This is disappointing.

Waited 3 hours with no notification that my car was ready for pick up. Once I came back to the service department around 1:15 p.m, I noticed my car parked and completed. I addressed my concern with Oscar whom then text me that my car was ready while he’s talking to me face to face. No clear answer was given as to why I was not notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I requested management, he then ask me to wait again while he service another waiting customer behind me which was very rude as if my concern wasn’t important and didn’t require immediate attention. I refused to allow him to service someone else until he was done with me and until I spoke with management. I was told that I will be notified via text or email to pick my car up. I took the shuttle and walked the mall for hours. A waste of my time(which is important ), nonchalant response from Oscar, and overall Worst experience ever.

Two visits ago, they neglected to do an oil change on my wife's car. Mechanic neglected to latch down the air cleaner, and tighten the negative battery terminal back up after replacing the ignition switch. In turn burning up my, shown to have been tested good by your technician, battery. I in turn had to buy a new battery from Buena Park Honda.
The next oil change, the service writer completely blew me off. I didn't know who to complain to.
The now manager Tina, listened and went out of her way to a fair decision for a replacement negative battery post sensor, damaged from arching, where I paid 1/2 of her cost.
She is an excellent representative as manager.
