When it said that I needed an air filter, I didn’t know if they had put one in for me or not. I called and asked why they didn’t call and ask if they would like to have one installed. They didn’t have the part, they said and they said I didn’t need one right away but I had to know what to ask. For the prices that you charge, you should be more specific and helpful to females living alone. You would have a devoted following if you did. As it is, I am looking around for another place to take my car if I need to.

I was waiting almost 3 hours for the service of my minivan, and until the end of the wait, the service agent who was in charge let me know that we have to change the AC filters and the brake fluid, when they were able to notify me during the inspection, I had to wait 1 hour more after that

Apparently I have 2 items in my inspection sheet that require immediate attention which I was not notified of at the time of payment . I then looked it over when I got home then noticed it. Also I'm not sure how both of these air filters are bad when I berly reached 10k miles. I've had this car for 2 years.
