I had taken my car prior to this. I went ahead and had the back door seal replaced because water was coming in. I took my car in today because this week my car kept saying the back door was open and wouldn’t let me lock my car. After being checked in by Trevor, he said that Ruben will be coming later and will be giving me a call. I let Trevor know I would like to pick it up on my lunch and that I can go as early as 12, 1:30 the latest. He said Ruben will be calling me with an update around 10. Never got an update. I called at 12:45, didn’t get a call till it was time to pick up at 1:53. I was a little put off by the voicemail, he stated “it looks like we did work on your vehicle” like I was lied. When I got there, Trevor remembered me from the morning said that Ruben desk is outside and to just go out there. No directions just shoved out the door. I saw a bunch of people talking to each other and I said hello and and asked for Ruben, they told me he’s not available and to go back inside. I was on lunch and didn’t have time for that. I started to get upset and raise my voice saying they just told me to go outside and now your telling me to go inside, they cut me off and seemed irritated and asked me who told u to go outside and I pointed to Trevor and said he did. Trevor comes out and ask them where’s Ruben and they said they don’t know and then Trevor asked if he was on lunch and they nodded. So then Trevor said he would help me and walks me to Ruben’s desk. I told him I don’t have time for this for you guys to figure it out. I’m on lunch. He gave me the keys and signed paperwork and double check that I didn’t owe anything. He said no. I apologize and those guys got my car. I thanked them and left
