I was told it would be a 3 hour wait max, so once 3 hours came, I heard nothing. I walked to the front and saw my car was parked outside meaning it was done. I talked to a worker and found out my car was done despite me receiving a text or call. I didn’t even get a service report on my car because Oscar was on lunch. I get it things happen but there was poor communication. I had an appt too. I was told someone would text me my service report but I never received it.

I was advised that my vehicle needed about $3200 in service on items that were actually replaced and a new issue of a leak from a busted engine mount. I took it to the another mechanic that originally replaced said items and it was still under warranty. It turns out it was just a tensioner rod that needed to be replace which was under warranty. Based on the exorbitant assessment, I will never return for service again. The van is running fine now and will continue maintenance elsewhere.
