Ruben is very very nice and very accommodating. I had a 7:20 am appointment for my Honda clarity wheel alignment. My car was checked in at around 7:30 am and Ruben handle it. I asked him what time will it be done ( the alignment ) and he replied 8:45 am. I thought he was joking considering the volume of the car that needs a service that morning. At around 8:15 am I received a message that my car was ready. I couldn't believe it. This is the fastest service done. Ruben has a word of honor. Excellent Employee. I wish all of the service guys is like Ruben.
