I was not satisfied with the fact that I had to pay for an hour diagnosis just to get some codes which takes about five minutes to pull. I did not receive any information I did not know. The service advisor was asking for additional time so that the tech can properly diagnose my vehicle. Unbelievable.

I got charged 168 for an oil change when online it says that is only 80 or 40 I’m just wondering where that price come from. I did not get my tires rotated nor balance.

My wife went to the dealer because our brakes were in bad need of repair. The prices quoted were extremely high, due to my unavailability today i was not able to review prices quoted.
