Bryan salas lacked common sense communication skills. My appt was for 7am. My car was diagnosed by the technician at 9am. I was not able to get ahold of Brian after numerous returned calls and messages. He never contacted me. Finally at 4pm I was able to get ahold of him to authorize repairs I could have authorized at 9am. By the time I picked up my car Bryan has already been off of work. Complete lack in communication and inconsideration for others was my experience with your ‘service advisor’ I could have had my vehicle back half of the day, was in itself a huge inconvenience for me. You guys had my car for 10 hrs for a 2 hour job I received.
