Oscar was sensitive to the needs of us seniors with fixed income. I came in initially requesting an oil change, windshield wiper change and front overhead light bulbs change. It ended up costing me more because things that needed to be done ( after two long years of COVID) if it were not for the coupons applied, it would have been more. My Honda Odyssey is like an old lady needing a wellness check. I wish you’d come up with a seniors program that would attract us seniors back to you for service instead of going out of the HONDA network.
