This time I was not satisfied because they took long to deliver my vehicle and they didn’t even bother calling me to give me an update of when it will be ready. Very disappointed with todays service. I highly advise to communicate with customers about vehicle status. Also the throttle used last time was contaminated, I highly recommend to have a second person review the vehicle inspection before giving it back to a customer.

I had a service appointment which they still said it would take 3 hours which I thought it was a long time. When I got there three hours after I still had to wait and my service advisor was no where to be found and I need the car which still took like 30min to get out. This caused me to be late to pick up my daughter from school, I’m very disappointed with norm reeves Honda
