Went in to get service for my car today for an oil change. When I got my car back, the warnings for service require are still showing, and oil life is still at 10%.
I just want to know if the service that I paid for was actually done or is there something I have to do to disregard this.
This has never happened before.

Ruben Marquez misdiagnosed the problem of my vehicle. After payment and picking up of the car, the problem still persist. I’ve called Ruben Marquez multiple times the day after and never got a call back.
