When I drove out from the dealership going home the light from the tire pressure when on, I went home and reset it thinking the it was forgot to do it. When I drop to dinner the light came up again. I drove to a gas station and check the pressure of the tires a d they were at 33 I need to add more air to all 4 tires and I reset the air pressure on the car and this morning driving to work the light did not turn on.

Upon arriving in usually get notified by the advisor that they are working on the car and I would get updates on what additional service might be needed. I didn’t hear back from anyone after 3 hours and then I went to check in and someone told me the advisor was on lunch and the car had been ready. Communication is usually good but this time around there was no communication. I still never received a call back from the advisor when I called to check on the status of my car.

My visit today was exceptional as always when I come to Norm Reeves Honda in "Cerritos"! Steve Mendoza was phenomenal, he was very polite, heard me out regarding my service concerns other than the recall. He assured me that he would have the appropriate technician to address my concern and would follow up with me as he did When I arrived to pick my car up Steve had it already pulled up to the front waiting for pickup, he went over repair service that was done thoroughly explaining everything, patiently answering my questions. I am a loyal customer here from when I bought my very first Honda from Mike Porter when he was a Salesman and followed him since. Cerritos have awesome Service Advisors, Salesman and Managers. Two thumbs up, I grade a "10+". Keep up the good work, customers like myself and I'm sure others truly appreciate the excellence in service Cerritos provide to their customers.

Had an appointment for an oil change and still waited 3 hours. Told my service advisor and he basically shrugged his shoulders. Did not provide update when it was past initial estimate of 2 hours. When car was ready for pickup, he took awhile to prepare paperwork. Lacked a sense of urgency or customer service.
