I liked my service rep Mike very well. I do have an issue though, I asked about the alignment that was recommended before hand and was told that if it wasn’t needed it wouldn’t be performed. Alignment was performed and no comments were made about it. Later, I looked at the inspection report and noted that one single measurement was at the limit of the recommended range, not outside the range. I find this questionable.
