Made my appointment online and confirmed with a rep 2 days prior to my appointment. When I came in for my appointment, you guys didn’t have any record of my appointment. I even showed the voice message of my confirmation. There is a disconnect between your appointment desk and service. It took over 4 hours for simple oil change & brake check.

I keep taking my vehicles there because I can trust my mechanics. They do a good job. The prices are too high, please if you if it’s possible, you can lower your prices another thing please let your employees know that we trust them with our cars. I have two times experienced this complain that it hasn’t been fixed. The first time is that the person who drove my car left the lights on, and I mentioned it to them, and I do not know if it was taken care of afterwards, but I haven’t seen that happen now this time that I went, he left the doors open unlocked on the parking lot outside where anybody can come in and take our personal belongings if you take care of your car, please take care of our car as well by closing our cars when you leave it outside
